A nine-story condominium project with 11 residential units. A light steel and glass tower. 156 West Superior Street, developed by Ranquist Development, is located in the emerging River North district in down-town Chicago.
The award winning architectural team of Miller/Hull and Ranquist Development, jointly worked out site strategies, building plan configurations and the material palette through a series of design workshops. The architects were recognized with a 2006 Merit Award from Seattle Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The interior spaces are characterized by clean design and open plan and are all featuring Arclinea cabinetry.
